for me to weigh a fish, it has to be pushing 20". the 5.13 was about 20 5/8ths and the other 2 were right around that 20" mark. I live and fish in south centeral minnesota. Yes i do fish ALLOT. anywhere from 4 to 7 days a week. and some days i fish from sun up till noon, home for nap and back out around 5 till dark. I will have to test my scale against a 5 pound weight to see if it weighs light. but i have found it to be fairly accurate based on length vs. weight.

Got this Slimy Bass last night.

Maybe this is why I just don't fish Wacky rigged worms much! Think it was over 2lbs, but it kept wiggling so much I didn't weigh it!

Bassfshin24 and I played hookey from work on Wednesday to pre-fish for an upcoming tournament. We hooked into some quality but it wasn't as fast and furious as we were hoping for.

Little over 20" and 4.7lbs

Tried a new lake Sat. with little success. The only Bright spot was this Fat 17.5 incher that went 4lbs 4oz. She didn't conform to the Length to weight table at all. I like the pic of the crank in it's mouth. Glad it didn't wiggle then!

5.52lber that was part of a 17.42lbs bag caught in our last tourney of the year yesterday. Unfortunately it wasn't enough to take home first place which had 17.47lbs. We did get big bass though :-)
