A Walk In The Woods

My family and I went for a walk in the woods the other day. It was a beautiful day, although very dreary. I'm glad I brought the flash along cuz I used it quite a bit.

If anyone could i.d. these white plants I would appreciate it.

Thanks for the ID MM. I was thinking of putting some in my landscape but after reading some things it might not be that great of an idea.
