All the manuals,a clear title and the originaldocumentation will come along with the boat. It's not advertised anywhere on hsolist, it's not advertised anywhere on hsolist in UTAH, and there's no lake in ephraim UTAH.Sounds fishy to me. I think it's either stolen, or it doesn't exist and he's just playing a game.1. why don't you advertise on hsolist?2. Why advertise in MN but not in UTAH?3. why did you pull your ad so quickly?and, he's clearly not american, or at least speaks very poor english. What do you think? analyzer
I wouldn't be surpised if RICHARD doesn't even reside in the US. He probably found a couple of pictures of a pontoon, and posts them only long enough to find a sucker, then pulls em.

tigerbalm2424
I like the one about 2006 Ranger Commanche for $5800 that is in a shipping dock waiting to be shipped. If you do a hsolist search on google for it you will see that a bunch of people actually believe its possibly real. Personally, I like to toy with the sellers/Scammers. I contacted this guy and said I wanted to buy it. He told me it was located in New York at a shipping/freight house and sent a pic and said it was current condition. I told him I had cash and was in route to pick it up with my truck. Then he told me it was in a container. So i told him I would open it up and take it out. Then he told me that it had been shipped to another freight house in CA due to shipping container storage capacities at the New York location. I just like to see how some of these yahoos respond when they think you really will pay them.

Sandmannd
The only way he could do this under hsolist is if he posted it there and then you went and bought it from him through hsolist. These people tick me off and they are all over craig's list. I posted a laptop for sale and had people saying I will send you 400 more than you are asking to ship it to Australia. Not happening. I tell them to send me their name and US addy and I'll have the cops check it out if they are that interested. Then I never hear from them again. SJU70
I'll one up that. My uncle found a picture of his friends boat, he knew it was his friends because of the garage and house in the background, and called him and asked him if he was selling it, and if he was, why would he sell it at half the value? Turns out it was someone who snapped a photo and tries to run a scam.

DrKen
there is a large contingent of people, often out of Africa(Nigeria and kenya are well known areas) working out of internet cafe's constantly running these scams. If it seems too good to be true, does not have a local contact number and pay attention to wording as they do not have quite the correct usage and syntax it is likely a scam. As you cruise craig's list they show up constantly, the same pix used many times and email addresses at AOL or some other similar non ISP address. Always someone trying to scam you or steal your stuff. Sucks.
Day Dreamer
I work in bank fraud and have seen many customers/comsumers fall for scams when searching for bargins. Some things to consider, if it's too good to be true--it's a scam. There are good deals out there, however, good common sense will tell you if have a bargin. Buy locally and inspect the item before buying. Most fraud occurs online when items aren't expected before buying. Use common sense, when paying for merchandise that your relying on pictures seen on the internet. Especially, when sending money to someone you have never met. GoFish4
It is a scam, I have seen them from trucks/boats/dogs ect. They send you the payment info, send them some cash and by the time you figure out the Cashier Check is conterfit you have no way to get your money back and you are the one out the cash and product. Buy local or see the item first
