I would like to keep these low key, more of a get together than a tournament... So getting permits and such is not needed... if someone wants to put something together on their home lake.. just post it up and see who wants to come.

however i don't think it would be terrible to have the dates announced earlier. Since it is not a tourney we don't have to worry about any permits so why not pick a date soon. The earlier you get a date out there the more likely to have a better showing. I think we waited so long last year to see where all the other tourneys fell so we didn't overlap. No worries this year. Pick a date and a lake and lets play. i like the half time idea and maybe even people could jump boat part way through the day. Just some thoughts

I've been hitting the croix a lot last year. Couple of smaller lakes I know. Gervious & Bald Eagle are good as well.
