Have you seen the gold and orange floating minnow? Of course they do, but I don't think they knew people would be tossing their pet goldies in the lake. It has been a color for a long time there.

All those trout and bass are 12 inches or less. You can't fool me by holding them at full arms length. Just kidding . All very nice fish. What a great place to fish. I love that gold trout. I assume that it was a rainbow. What is the story behind that fish?

The Golden Trout is a subspecies of the Rainbow, look closely and you can see the red band down the laterel line. They are gorgeous fish that were once on the endangered list, but are now making a comeback.
