Poll On New Forum

This is nuts, I am to buisy to use a computer for 2 weeks and the whole site is different. I am not sure if I am doing everything right, so hopefully this will post. I am all for upgrading the site, I just hope I can figure it all out. There are a lot more features than before so it will take a little time, but it seems like it works pretty good.

The New Forum took some getting used to but once you know where and what you are doing it is good for many reasons. I like the feature of seeing who is on looking as well as who just posted most recently..Very Good selection..

Cheez, either it's my service, or my computer, or my slow dial up, or this site needs to change the tranny fluide, or tighten the bands, because it is definately sticking and not shifting gears! Probably take some tweeking to get er up to speed, huh? Can that be done at this point?

I think the speed is up there about where old forum was. It may be that you are asking to view all the pages of a thread at once, that would definetly cause a disctinct pause with dial up. High speed access is the way to go today if it is in your area. Don't cost that much more and you can gab on the phone and read FM forums at the same time

Help!!!

How do you adjust the colors on this thing?? The welcome line and any other line for that matter that is black and blue are so dark I can't read them.

I had really liked the last format! the larger print was much easier on the eyes, my old computer was plenty fast for me, and I could do everything I wanted to do, it was perfect!

But now my computer will not handle this new format ( too slow), and I'm not going to run out and buy a new computer,

I want my old format back!!!

Sorry, I'm only on my 3rd cup of coffee.

Try going to my home at the top of the page and change the skin or display so you can read better. I believe you can also change the font sizes. As far as speed, the more you use the forum the faster it will load usually. Once all the graphics are loaded into your cache, things should move along quite smoothly.

I like this forum a lot....however, the blue font on the green background of the header doesn't offer enough contrast to be easily read. Please change either the font color or the green background. Thanks. Polar Bear

Polar... you can change the colors yourself. Go to "My Home" and under display prefereces you can change it.
