yes leech.............once that root.......what you see in that picture, is cleaned its a white root.  like you see on the tops that are cut off.  like in the 3rd picture those are all cleaned and cut into smaller pieces so the grinder can handle it. those roots are as hard as a normal tree root!!!!!!!

besides........its good for what ails ya!!!!!!!!!😉

Smurfy would you give the Recipe on this? And do u can it when done or just refigerate in the jars?

Sure pretty simple recipe. Once it ground add a little salt and vinegar. Use a slotted spoon and keep mixing it as it absorbs it. I also add lemon juice, the real lemon brand . Once juice starts running through the spoon it is ready to jar up.

I actually put it in baby food jars. Let it set in the fridge a couple days. Then freeze it. After it's froze I then put it in a brown paper bag. It keeps any light away and keeps it whiter longer

Most important thing is right before you add the vinegar stick your nose right in there and there and take a big whiff to make sure its ready.

🥴 Yea not really!!!🤣 But once it's ground I do like to let it sit a ferment for a good half hour.
