I’ve never really studied the difference before so now that I’ve been called out twice on it, I did - lol!

 

I can see why you both see porterhouses now.  They were a call in order to the meat market for T bones and picked up already wrapped (not by me).  Somebody messed up! Haha!

Plain fresh brats are 4.99/lb

Flavored fresh brats are $5.99/lb

Smoked Brats are $6,99/lb

 

Most probably average around 1.5 lbs. per 6 brats.

Maybe a dumb ? but are they gluten free?  Got a few of them here that cant have it.

I'm no expert on every thing that could constitute gluten but there is certainly no grain so I would say gluten free.

I appreciate that.  I actually stopped last night but I didnt get back to town til 5:45 and you were closed.  Were open when I went by to bring the girls to school this morning so I grabbed eight packs. Probably be way to many dont remember them being so big.

We're usually fully stocked but you caught me on a bad night!

 

Tuesday night is usually "board meeting" night if you know what I mean. Stop in and have a tasty beverage some Tuesday night after these holidays are over and things get back to normal.
