Popular Post leechlake
I know most of us are use to getting thanked for things we do every day. Great time of year to thank everyone for posting on this page and making it viable and fun to tinker with. Whether you post a lot or a little you keep things flowing and bring traffic to the page. I wish more people posted, I think once you start doing it the page becomes much more enjoyable seeing people comment on your material. I remember being a looker and finally started throwing my hat in the ring and never looked back. So, thanks to you and thanks for those that are coming in the future. reinhard1
I also want to thank those who post and just check in to see what's up [come on guy's post some of your stuff]. I've been cooking most of my life so it's easy for me to post some ideas. Some of you that do just check in from time to time have got to have some great stuff as well. If not have your wife check in here, would love to have some gals on here. There is the internet, we all know, however there is nothing like getting responses to questions or getting ideas from others right here. Here your questions will be answered withing a short time by more than one person. Lot of sites have the same stuff on there, here we have homemade stuff that we are willing to share. So thanks again everyone and let's keep posting. good luck.
Bobby Bass
As much as I would like to make my grandkids think that I know everything I do enjoy coming here and learning about a lot of different things! Most of the time coming here Is like coming to the old fashion hardware store. If you have a question that needs to be answered sooner or later someone will stop by with the answer, and if you don't like it some one else will come in. Now if you are just looking to kill some time and not buy anything that is ok to, as stories are welcomed and they are of course all true ! leechlake, carp master and reinhard1

leechlake
I've gotten over that this is on line... you guys are my friends. One time a few years ago my wife told me I had too many friends. Heck, since that's the case I'm adding you guys to the list. Boar started a new job today. Never met the man but I'm thinking about him and hoping the day went well. Call it friendship or whatever you want, it's still fun blabbing on and on sometimes. reinhard1 and ThunderLund78
LindellProStaf
Ya I wondered about Boars new job. So what did you have for lunch at your new job Boar, since this is the cooking forum? So while we are at it what is the job?.

leechlake
I think we all need therapy..... "need"? I participate in a sort of therapy every week, seriously. I'd wager the therapy I get on here is pretty good too. eyeguy 54 and RebelSS
ThunderLund78
This page is Therapy! I could not get through the daily re-occurring cubicle nightmare if not for the diversion of this page - especially this forum!Like I've said before, I feel guilty because I get WAY more than I give on here. I'm a rookie at meat processing and smoking, but have ALWAYS had a passion for food and cooking. With two growing boys at home (one starting hockey), my free time to do a lot of big cooking projects is almost non-existent. But I wouldn't be anywhere near to the point that I am without so many of your helpful posts.Let's get this get-together going!!! reinhard1
I'm going to have a Grindstone Lake GTG in February. DonBo has been to one of them. I think I had around 20 or so the last time I had one. I bring smoked polish and my German kraut to top them off with. Others bring things as well. I'll post the deal in the Forest Lake/Hinkley forum soon. Grindstone Lake is known for the trout but does have some big pike in there along with smallmouth bass and crappies. Many go there every winter to fish for smelt through the ice. good luck. ThunderLund78 and RebelSS

I loved the swimming in the lake, finding agates in the gravel. Sometimes seeing a fish. reinhard1
Bobby Bass
I always thought therapy was something that came from a grill! reinhard1
