Butterflied pork chops, Betty crocker au gratin potatoes and corn. Found the chops in the reduced section!!

Grilled some chicken thighs, finished em' in da oven wrapped in eggplant & tomato sauce. W/ some chips & pico de gallo from da local mexi- mart.

Yeah that looks dayum good.  We were pretty satisfied with our walleye dinner we just had but yum.

Thanks smurf, leech, and the guy that meanders across the countryside.

I'm a lucky guy.  Been given some serious outdoor freedom over the years.

So I cant really stop her when she leaves me for a couple weeks a  year these days on trips with cousins and girlfriends.

i'm in the same boat duffman, my wife doesnt bat an eye when i head somewhere!!!! but since i retired, she now suggests going more often?????? wonder why that is?????

 

but i keep telling her to quit threatening me with a good time!!!!!!!!!

had to go to Sartell today for a dental appt...  then found Manea's meats!!!   great place!!!   had a cuban sandwich and that was tasty too!!!   got a reuben to for later!!!  

 

Wanderer, I went thru LF and the water sure was flowing over the dam!!!    so how did the job go???

I was too hungry to waste time getting her petite filet, baked potato, and scallops in a pic.

Yah she’s rippin pretty decent.  I’d say the drought is over!

 

Job is GOOD!  Getting a lot accomplished before everyone realizes I’m back.   Now if the weather would cooperate for the side hustle things would be going even better! 
 

Oh, and to keep in line with the food and drink:  I don’t normally do popcorn shrimp but I just a shrimp boat to remember.

 

For the rest of the year!
