LindellProStaf
That mustard gravy looks interesting too. Just uses mustard seed... Correction, it uses mustard powder...

leechlake
bobber- I spent my youth making Potato Sausage with my folks every Christmas. They boil if after stuffing. That is a science itself. Can't stuff them too full, need to poke them with a pin before, and the boil can't be too aggressive or some of them blow up and your hard work turns into potato sausage soup. bobberineyes and reinhard1
bobberineyes
Thanks LL, that's the way my folks cooked it up to, right along with great big swedish meatballs mmm. So then I started pan frying it in beer at home ( take a swig pour some in take another ) that turned out pretty good to, although grilled is tough to beat. Think maybe I'll throw a little smoke at em next time, but I definitely need to make my own.. reinhard1
leechlake
I missed something. While they did boil it first it was then put in the fridge or cold garage in a big pot, before serving it went in the oven for a while to brown. A few times at Christmas once everyone was of legal age, it would get a little overly brown due to a few extra cocktails. It was still good. reinhard1

reinhard1
I'll be making the potato sausage after deer season. Have to make polish and chili dogs for deer camp and as gifts for the boy's up north first. I also simmer the rings and then let them cool, then in the fridge overnight before vac packing. good luck. leechlake
you guys have years of bad habits for me to fix. I'd hate to see the ones you don't post, I'd be busy fixin' ya all day every day. I think Boar eats with his fork in the palm of his hand like you'd hold a hammer. That's a lost cause right there.
