Mr.Seaguar
I want a dedicated slug gun. I want an auto but the Ithaca Deer Slayer 3 would look really great in my collection. I would have it camo coated.
Gordie
If I put a dedicated slug gun on my Xmas list it would be the Savage 220 with the Nikon slugger scope.. Only shotgun to EVER make rifle of the year award!

Mr.Seaguar
I had to choose between a 220 and an Ultra Slug for my daughter. I got the Ultra Slug. So I have an accurate but slow to reload slug gun. On a deer drive you need to be able to get off a lot of shots fast. If Browning would pin the barrel on a Silver Slug Hunter and guarantee 4" groups at 200 yds like Ithaca does I would choose that. So Ithaca is in the lead. harvey lee
I purchased a Browning BPS slug gun for my granddaughter last year. This slug gun shots better than the other 3 I have. Cannot believe the accuracy with this gun. I do not worry about 200 yard shots as she hunts in an area that 100 yards would be a maximum shot. The Ithaca may be the gun to get for those ranges. leechlake
I want my dad's old Marlin 35 Remington that some d-bag stole about 20 years ago when the robbed our house. When I was little I used to look at that thing like it was magic. It wasn't a carbine so it was a little unique.
Mr.Seaguar
I used to look at all the guns in pawn shops and wonder why people got rid of those beautiful guns. Now I realize it was a wall of broken hearts
PurpleFloyd
My son was haded down a Winchester Ranger from his grandpa this year and I have the same gun. We bought them when I was his age. We decided to modernize them so we are going with rifled barrels(mine already has one) and synthetic tactical stocks and optics.

ozzie
the gun I always dreamed about was my gpa's over under that he had with engravings...that sadly came to me a couple years ago when he passed away. It is a great gun and gives me great memories of gpa when I am in the field with it!! I have built a hidden wall at my house to hide my guns from thieves so hopefully I never have them taken away!
