Mid Range Spinning Reel

In need of a mid range spinning reel priced between $50 to $100. Thinking a Shimano Sahara. Any other suggestions or thoughts?

I've used Pflueger Presidents for years. Right in your price range, and they're great. Very, very solid reels for the $.

Daiwa Excelers aren't bad either.

I own a Shimano Sedona and a Pflueger President in this range. I like both a lot, can't really say one more than the other.

I really like my Penn Fierce. If you want something a little bigger (smallest size has a line capacity of 340 yards of 12# mono) the torque is made in the USA.

I don't see presidents for $40 too often...I own Sedonas and a President, I prefer my Sedonas...But both will bring big fish in....Go with the best value...Good fishing....
