Spring Waterfowl Thread

The snow is melting, the low spots flooding, the waterfowl arriving(Washington County this morning)

Honkers, mallards, black duck, woodies, and ring necks together in the flooded corn.

Tons of canvasbacks, buffies, bluebills, and other divers hanging out on Pool 8 right now. Lots of shovelers on the smaller waters. Also the geese and a number of pelicans if anyone is looking for an area for some photos.

I'm having a tough time of it this year, I can't pick the sweet spot to set up to save my AZZ, been wrong almost almost everytime.. Here's a few from the past couple days, it's been a slow migration so far or so it seems around here..

This girl decided to lay eggs in a very busy drive way... They have two young kids, live across the street from me.. But I thought it was the perfect chance for me to join in on the thread..
