I thought so too. I did miss most of the 2nd though, which from the sounds of it I should be grateful for. The 1st and 3rd periods though I thought we definitely outskated them.

Backs didnt look very sharp again, and Granlund had a good game but I had to shake my head on that second goal when he was standing next to the goalie with his hands in his pockets. I think the frustration showed in Seto and Cluter laying some big hits and Stoner getting beat up by Boll.

But the story of the Game was Bob, he made some unbelievable saves on 40 shots.

Good news is that our schedule favors us and playing some cupcakes, ED, Cal, Col should save our a$$. Sounds like all the other teams have primarily playoff teams left.

YES! The only common denominator IMO.....team is full of talent now and similar thing happened last year did it not? He can get them to the edge but can't make them jump for some reason and always says "oh...we played a hot team tonight". IMO that means others have improved but we have not. We upgraded the players....might be time to upgrade the coach.

In CA this week, have tickets to the San Jose game Thurs night, that is shaping up to be a very important game, will post pics from the game. Hopefully Cullen can ignite the boys...they just seem like they are running on fumes when other teams in the hunt are pouring it on...look what Dallas has done lately...reeled off 5 wins in a row!

Completely agree, I don't like our chances against Chicago or Anaheim at all. Vancouver on the other hand we can definitely compete with.

Swweeeeet! Nice win, good effort. Cullen sure makes a difference and what a Rocket by Pominville. Hope they keep it up, taking at least 2 out of 3 on this road trip would be awesome...going to be at the game Thurs in San Jose and that will be a battle royale as both are on the edge right now.
