slurpie
I had a canvas craft for the last three years it was a good house never liked the poles though. I sold it which ended up being harder than I thought, people didnt want to spend a lot on a used house, and it was in great shape. But I bought a otter lodge thermal so did my brother and we called around and got great deals on them, cheaper than what I could have got them from the ice show for. wow these are nice houses, I love the poles they slide good ,they fit together good can't wait to get out more with it. Would recommend this brand to any one, very happy so far.

MikeH55343
Just finished assembling my new Otter Cabin Thermal - the pole system is great. I've had a green otter Lodge and never had any problems with the poles. The new square poles are really nice. Thermal is going to be awesome too. otterman91105
My old otter had the circle poles and had lots of trouble with them if you didn't slide them down even. I now have a new otter lodge and love it and the way that the square poles are put together. There is no alum on alum.
Whoaru99
Yeah, the round ones can be a PITA. I take mine apart every year or two and spray them with a graphite dry film lubricant. Goes on like a dark gray spray paint and cures/dries so it doesn't rub off easy.

BLACKJACK
Andro, did it come with the hi-fax runners and tow bar or were they extra?
highlife4me
My family opened our gifts today and I received a Sportsmans Caddy from my wife. After taking it out of the box she could not understand why it was so expensive. So I had to take the portable out and set it up, installed the caddy and told her to sit in the seat. That is when she figured out why I wanted one so bad. Well worth the price, even better if you receive it as a gift though.
gonehunting
The Otter Lodge thermal comes with the tent, poles, sled and seats. The hifax, cover, and hitch are extra. Not sure whatever everyone else paid but paid $980 out the door with all of that inlcuded. Well worth the money. Very solid house.
