HELP NEEDED!

My only guess would be to find a good car wash with the undercarriage spray as one of the options. That or a good rain that you can drive through for a couple of miles. Maybe a good friend that has a power washer with a attachment for windows so you could spray the undercarriage.

i looked it up and saw this one. it seems chemicaly nutralizing the smell is the way to go and baking soda plays a big part.

get a 2 gallon pump sprayer [or bucket if you dont have a sprayer]. get half a gallon of hot water, two quarts of 3% hydrogen peroxide, couple of tablespoons of dish soap and a half a cup of baking soda. shake or mix well until all of the baking soda is dissolved. wash or spray the area affected. especialy areas you think are particularly smelly sick. no need to rinse it off. repeat a day later as needed. good luck.

+1, have heard this works, thankfully haven't had the need to try it yet

Hit a skunk coming home from Mille Lacs rather hit the carcass after the guy in front of me hit it... Now my vehicle smells like... well a dead skunk. Any remedies?

Dale,

just park it outside for a week it should air out. I hit one back when I had my S-10 and it was like 5 days of sitting outside before the smell was gone. the car wash idea should help also.

Put an oscillating sprinkler underneath and turn on the hose.

I might try that... it has been a couple of days (and 2 premium car washes)and it is much better, had to febreeze the inside. I think I need to change that inside filter. Thanks fellas!
