Propane Pre-Buy

What are you guys seeing for pices. I am finding 2.19 in the Brainerd area, up a lot from last year.

Mine is 2.149 here by Osakis. Up 50 cents a gallon from last year.

how much propane do you use in the winter? my winter electric bill is around 70 bucks but my summer bill (starting in march ending in Nov) is around 350-400.

My Dad is getting his tank filled next week in the fort ripley area and I believe he found it for $1.89-$1.99 had to call around

I just got a letter from my co-op to lock in at $1.83 per gallon. Last season I used 1,191 gallons. I am buying 800 gallons.

If I don't 'buy in' They charge $2.15 to $2.49/gal.

This winter I will use far less as I took out the heater in the garage, and added a much more efficient stove/oven.
