Lets see your boat

I have identical numbers on my speedometer & GPS. By myself I can get 48.4 on the GPS, the steering is very loose at that speed though.

My Dad has a 115 Suzuki on his 2001 Trophy 175. Great motor, the only thing he has done to it in 10 years is change oil, change the lower unit lube, and had the plugs changed once.

I bought my boat used, otherwise I would have probably gone with the Suzuki as well.

YOu really cant go wrong with either Yamaha or Suzuki. Both great motors. My buddy has a 90 Yamaha on his Navigator and he commented that my 150 was quieter than his 90. I thought that was odd, but I cant get over how quiet it is.

I could probably scrounge out another MPH or so on mine, but I dont like winding it out like that, just me. I also propped down a size for better holeshots. I did have a 23 pitch on it before and I was getting over 50 with that prop. With the 21 I lost some top end, but have better holeshots and it trolls down a little better. 2.2 mph trolling cranks.

Sorry I do not have any screen shots....just not something that I have ever been too concerned with getting....lots on you tube vids...
I hear ya. There was a post here a while back with a bird guy posting all sorts of pics but no one posted any structurescan (other than the aforementioned internet ones).

Nice boat BTW. I have never seen a tiller with a top on like that. Sweet setup. Are those graphics aftermarket or something you put on? I havent seen too many Predators around.

Just bought this a few weeks ago. Its nothing fancy, but it floats and does what I want it too. First thing I did when I bought it was paint it and painted the motor cover. Also threw some LED trailer lights on after popping 6 bulbs in 2 days. (Sealed lights, seemed to seal water IN instead of out). Next Im gonna paint the trailer, put on some new fenders and re-do the carpet on the benches. Maybe add some beat seats.

Anyway, here she is.

(its a 1967 C-14)

For the record, its better that its a Marcum.

Those are awesome graphics. I love black on boats, but is it hard to keep clean?

Nice Rig Goose, What is that guard under the boat? Did you just stick it on there? Seems like a good idea.
