I have a couple Columbia fleece jackets that have zipper waist pockets but no chest pocket. I'm sure they make something similar to what you want. Got mine at Gander a couple years ago.

Some people abuse it but it is a good policy. And if you are a member you get a dividend based on purchases (it is a co-op) that usually amounts to about 10%

They also have an online outlet store with good prices and frequent sales.

membership is good for life. I joined in the mid 60's.

I live in the Columbia fleece fall through spring. I'm a taller guy and they fit and feel great. I also have a Dry Duk fleece for work witch I like. I got the Dry Duk at Kaplan Bros in Brooklyn Park. The wind stop fleece don't seem to breath as well but there nice when your sitting on the lake with the wind ripping through you.

Watch for a deal on the Colombia Bugaboo jacket. It is a shell and a very nice heavy fleece liner with the pockets you wish in a jacket. One of the best layered jacket systems I ever owned. Still have the liner, and use it often.
