Adventures of Hwood and Captainshane....

Hwood and I went to Canada last weekend just north of Vermilionbay. Fishing was the main reason for going but with the amount and size of fish we caught they were not worthy for pictures. So the cameras were used more than the poles..... (Hwood will add his photos)

....and this eagle was very very close!

This is where the fish was consumed, everything but the head in about 10 minutes!

We also had some goof-off time.

I would say the poles were used plenty but they were not USED much if you know what I am say'n.

What we got here is a 13 second exposure of Shane posing for the camera. I would say he did a swell job holding still.

Tried a 6 shot layer for this star trail shot. Dont really care for the results but thought I would show the crazy amount of stars when there is no light polution. Well a little here from our campfire painted the pine trees.

and a couple HDR shots. When it was calm, it was calm. When it wasnt...it wasnt!

Thanks everybody! It was a good trip. We had wolves within 1/2 mile of our campsite saturday night. Like Hwood said, seeing a moose would of topped off the weekend.
