Nate McVey
I've tried my hardest to stay out of these threads all year, but limit, cooter, foss and dark can't have all the fun. IF the Queens make/win the super bowl with captain old-balls as the qb, where do you think they'll end up next year? Will you still be drinking the purple kool-aid when ziggy breaks up the team and moves them to L.A.? If they lose this week, was it a successful season? My bet is when they lose, purple nation will be in an uproar blaming it on Childress screwed this up, or AP can't hold onto the ball, or Brent cost us the game with the INT. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. I'm excited for this weeks game, and I'll go on record saying the Queens don't match up AT ALL against the Saints and will get beat by 3 touchdowns

Why would zygi break up the team if we win. He'll make more money keeping it together. As for moving to LA. There are at least three teams that will move before the Vikes. The NFL has already stated they want to keep a team in Minnesota. You obviously have no clue. We actually match up really well. The only place we have a disadvantage is at the safety position. Our offensive and defensive lines match up better than they did with dallas. The saints have a smallish defensive line and they have a young but solid offensive line. They have the worst defense, by far, left in the playoffs. Do a little research before you talk. That way you won't look so clueless. Pretty funny though. Everything you said was ridiculous. jwmiller33
LIMIT you got a lot of balls to be talking all this smack and still not say who your team is... anybody can go out there and be the negative nancy and talk bad about another team.minnesota sports fans are loyal and diehard. we have only won championships in baseball, but we have had great teams in all other sports at different times.. the vikings have made a few runs at the superbowl.. the wolves were in the conference finals once i believe, and the wild have had a couple deep runs in the playoffs, and the twins have made several post season runs as well as two ships... minnesota teams are most of the time considered underdogs, and dont go out and spend an arm and a leg on players, like some of the bigger franchises. minnesota fans are loyal, and when it comes playoff time, you see the true force of MN fans. look at the XCEL center in playoff games, its NUTS.. same with the dome for the twins and vikes. minnesotans love our teams and all this bad talking and negative stuff that LIMIT is saying must only be him displaying his insecurities by lashing out at others. no one on here is saying the vikings are going to beat the saints. we are all very happy and proud our team had a great season and came through and won a huge playoff game (i don't think anyone can say that it wasn't a big win... if aaron rogers and the packers won that game under the same circumstances, we'd never be hearing the end of it from LIMIT). any pro football fan would be dumb to not be happy with their team having a season like the vikes did this year. you are obviously the guy who jumps on whatever bandwagon he can, just to be different from everybody else. i never understand how some minnesotans are packers fans or fans of other teams for any sport, but i respect their decision, and i dont talk bad about the other persons team just to push their buttons... i stopped doing stuff like that shortly after middle school, like most people.LIMIT is just like every other cowboy fan that was at the dome this weekend.. talking LOAD OF [PoorWordUsage] before the game.. then when you decided to leave in the 3rd quarter because you were getting your butts kicked, all the vikings fan were waving their hands goodbye and laughing and pointing... and all you cowboy fans could say was "we have won the superbowl before and you havent"... very original guys! the number of superbowls your FRANCHISE has won says NOTHING about how good your TEAM is NOW. the fact that your team is going to be laying on the couch drinking beer and eating pizza this weekend while watching the vikes/saints game says everything about how good the cowboys are.lifes too short to be a pessimist LIMIT. try being an optimist for once. LMITOUT
Why would zygi break up the team if we win. He'll make more money keeping it together. Because Zygi is an investor. Buy low, sell high. Now would be the perfect time to offload this team when it's value is up. What is his investment going to do next year when Favre is gone, or if you believe #4 is coming back, then the year after that? The magic will be gone and once again and it'll be the same ol' Vikings with little to no value, comparatively speaking. If he ever had any intentions of selling, now is the time. I wouldn't doubt he's already told Favre to keep retirement talks under wraps until he can line up a buyer. Then they both can ride off into the sunset on white horses while the Vikings franchise rides off in a Mayflower moving van.

jwmiller33
i am going to be working on the side lines for the superbowl so i am really really hoping that the vikes beat the saints! before this year i had never been to a pro football game, and i went to 7 home vikings games this year, also the one home playoff game AND i will be on the sidelines for the superbowl! talk about a perfect yr! I agree that Zygi is a business guy, but he has plenty of other endeavors that make him plenty of $$$. I think he really enjoys being part of the elite NFL owners fraternity and he will be for a long time. Of course he wants to make $$$, but he could buy hundreds of other companies/investments if all it was about is the $$$.

LMITOUT
Baseless? He's a not a billionaire for no reason.Coach, I would like to think that he owns the team as a "fan" moreso than an investment. The talk when he bought the team was that he was a huge NYG fan for years and he wanted to own a franchise some day. Hopefully it wasn't just that...talk.
