merkman
For great fish and chips try Mac's Fish & Chips in St Paul. For real Chicago Dogs I prefer Chris and Robs in Fridley. If you ever make it to Cloquet MN the Fish Sandwich at Gordy's Hi Hat is probably one of the best in the state. The walleye sandwich at the Ranch house in Baudette MN is very good too! castmaster
Quite a drive from Blaine, but if your ever down in the Prescott-Elsworth WI area The Valley(formerly Joe's Valley) has the best Friday fish fry around. Best fish around plus its "all you can eat" on everything not just hte fish. Great homemade fries, augratin potatoes, ham, baked beans, rolls, cole slaw, potato salad etc.Its right on HWY 10 between east of Prescott in between Prescott and Ellsworth. chaffmj
Carbone's on Randolph near SPA in St. Paul has good coneys. Rumor has it that they got the recipe from Al who owned a 3.2 joint also on Randolph near Edgecumbe road. I use to go to Al's when I was in grade school for his coneys.
