North; try the service dept. at Iron River sports (in the mariner mall) and you'll find a whole new appreciation for poor customer service...or maybe it's just me:)

ya the best thing a guy can do is learn as much about your boat as you can

and do things your self i know there are warrenty issues

and one might have to look a little for the best i found even if it isnt the most convienent its worth to have a guy you trust

I've looked at Smoker's many times and they have a fine fit and finish. I've never owned a Suzuki outboard, but I had a couple of their motorcycles and they were the most solid of them all. I'm sure you are looking forward to catching lots of fish and making some memories. Nothing better for a man's soul than a new boat.

I haven't known anyone who has dealt with Link recently, but I think that they may be like the rest of the boat dealers in the current market and are going to be working very hard to please the customers they do get.
