Speaking of Mangini, he has to be one of the first head coaches in NFL history to get fired for being horrible, then getting a new job right away. With the batch of successful head coaches that were available during the off season, he was a horrible hire.

I've kinda been a closet Browns fan for years. They need to blow up that organization and start over. Defense looked strong though. Gotta feel bad for them when their offense sucks so bad. Did you see the pain on the fan's faces as they panned the camera through the stands?

Yes Quinn looked pretty bad, but they were playing the Ravens who are a nasty defense. I don't think flaco looked much better. I agree they should have tried some deeper throws. Those quick hits to the recievers aren't going to work when you throw it every down.

thats forsure...the real sad part is look at the teams they got to play for...would you rather be a qb for the browns or the vikes?

i'd love to see junkson starting as a brown and quinn as our backup.

By the way, I like the idea of trading tjunk for quinn. With all the good players we have, I think he could be pretty good after favre leaves (note how I didn't say retire?)

I think he's better than people give him credit for. He's got a terrible team around him and they traded away his top two receiving threats (Winslow & Edwards).

He looked pretty solid yesterday. I think he is an average starting QB with a decent team around him. Will never be a superstar.
