I found him on the internal memory of my camera. Not much mass, but real long on the left side(his right). Narly on the right(his left). I wonder what happened. Im most impressed by the body size of this old guy.

not much to see I guess, but to me he just seems kind of on the down swing of his peak. His hind legs seem large, yet mildly depleted like an old man. He has alot of sag in his back, and his front end is massive. It would be easier to tell if we could see his face. Here is a young buck the next morning. Shows you how big this guy really is.

I would have to say 3.5 as well but not any older he does not have the pronounced beer gut on him nor does his back sag as you would expect

The chest hump is not pronounced nor do his legs have the heavy muscle I expect from older deer. Add the long thin face with no scars or blemishes he is not the big dog yet.

I agree that he is not that old, between 3.5 and 4.5 most likely. His legs still look pretty long and doesnt have much of a gut yet. I would say he would be pushing the 200 pound mark dressed at least 175. Im not sure the 3rd pic is the same deer but its hard to tell.

its the same deer. I got one more of his rear end after that one. My camera takes 3 pics in a row. Im guessing 200 as well. but I dont really know. I havent seen many bucks like this up close so I'm having a hard time deciding how old he is. If I see him in range he's goin down though! I moved my stand on the opposite side of where this pic is coming from. Up on a hill. I'll have a better chance of seeing anything that walks in there from that angle than where I was before, plus I'm alot closer now.

I wont be around next year. Its complete luck if he step out on the a night that I happen to be hunting. Its a suburban area, and there are a few acres of woods between the houses. The deer dont really have strict patterns; they kind of just float around. Plus I have no clue where this guy is coming from...There is always hope I guess. I dont think I could pass on a deer like this if he walked in range.
