Geez I messed around with marathon and the P90 tonight. Got tons of kills, but tons of deaths too.

That is a fun way to play. Marathon pro, lightweight pro, ninja pro, and ump45 silenced/AA12 extended clip is my run and gun setup. Its awesome for getting behind the enemy spawn and tearing 'em up with the shotgun.

Bought a 360 and setup a regular profile and finished MW2 and Gears of War 2 campaigns. I finally decided I should setup the internet connection and play online. To keep this short I found out that even though I didnt pay anymore it kept my old xbox live account so now I am online and dont have any of the gamescore because I played on a different profile. If you see me online "asf1779" give me a holler, I am not very good but I need the practice.

My new gun of choice is the barret with an ACOG and a silencer. With a M101 shotgun with a red dot and grip. Sounds funny to say but I was runnin and gunning with that today and was getting a lot of kills. Its fun to run around the streets of favela in a gili suit!!!

As far as the javelin goes, it says location or vehicle destruction. How do you just shoot a location 1/2 way across the map, say in SkidRow?

I got hammered by the same guy at least twice earlier today playing Capture the Flag by someone with a Javelin. I would be running along minding my own business- then BAM get nailed.

The Javelin can lock onto a vehicle but also locks onto locations if you aim it on a location for a few seconds. It works good on domination. If you are behind cover but can see the tip of a flag lock onto it, fire, the enemy doesnt see it coming. Ive gotten lots of double and triple kills doing it.

So with the Javelin, it's not so much you can bring up the map and just mark a spot like you could with the Predator, just if you see a spot across the screen and can get a signal to lock on, it'll go that direction?

Yeah, It is somewhat similiar to a predator though in that when you shoot it it goes straight up then straight down on the location you've locked onto. Its nice cause people cant follow a smoke stream back to your location.

Just lock it onto something in the distance?

Your are correct, you can only look through it and into the distance... no map involved.
