TroutYammer
One Burner LP-GAs Grill. When I throw the hamburgers and hotdogs on the grill and the smell dissemimates across the lake I can see the other fishermen wishing they had one!

Handy if you have to fix something on the fly.Electrical tape.Waterproof gloves.
DREZLER
I keep a golfing counter on my boat so there isn't any lying about how many walleyes actually came in.
BoxMN
Handiest thing I added - a Rapala Magnetic Tool holder. Comes with pliers, side cutter and scissors. I added one to my pontoon, as the kids never put the pliers back in my or their tackle boxes, ha! And it worked so well that I just added one our fishing boat. First one I got on clearance for $6, but full price is $30.... a lot, but it works awesome for those tools, plus I stuck in forceps, jaw spreader and others. Keeps them handy and out of way at same time. Sorry to rample, but this thing realy is "Handy in the boat"... edit here is pic, I need to get rid of some "tools" ha! But it works great. Fish Head
Lots of good idea here. Every time I think of something, I keep reading down the posts and someone else mentions it. A couple things I didn't read are WD-40 and duct tape. They always come in handy for something.

Ice-King2
I guess the number one thing that blows my mind that I forget sometimes is a camera. I have caught some real nice fish, but they are just tales if you have no proof of your catch!
BigWadeS
Found out this weekend...an extra drift sock would be a nice addition or a float so they don't sink so fast....
