I just caught this. OUTRAGOUS! Did I hear 2 years house arrest left.

If this happened in Minnesota maybe sentencing would have been different who knows. Some regions in this country take DWI more serious.

I am am sure release conditions is no drugs or Alcohal for a long time if not permanant and a lengthy probation, I would think and hope.

well Vick surely couldn't play in the NFL when he was in federal prison for 2 years but Stallworth was available to play while he served his 24 days in jail and 2 years of house arrest so the 2+ years suspension to 1 year suspension is a little off but I totaly agree that this is backwards on the sentencing!!!
