Boat envy.

Deitz, You and I talked about this this winter and you were saying this was the first year you didn't have any. Well I should be getting rid of mine this Sat. heading to Oklahoma to pick up my 20 footer. Anybody else getting any new toys this year? (TONKA?) haha

Oh yeah. Mine will be going hopefully this next week. Not sure what I will end up with, but I know I will be so excited that I won't be able to keep it to myself. I will post pics right when I find out. Olski, you should post some pics of your new ride as well!!!

You guys talk about diving a long ways for a boat are the deals better? Do they have walleye type boats?

Charley, you can usually find much better deals on Bass boats in the south. There are many more flooding the market down there. Not too much for walleye boats down there though. You might find a few, but not much of a savings over a walleye saturated boat market here.

Hey guy's, Made it back. It was a little bit of a rough trip but I made it. The guy met me half way which was the Ia., Mi. border. The funny thing was I had sunny skies, dry roads and no traffic. He had a blizzard the last half of his trip. Deitz, I got another Cobra but this is a 201 with a 225 EFI. So the next couple days will be cleaning it up and getting MY humminbirds on it. I will post some pics then.

I drove through that same blizzard from KC up to Minneapolis on Saturday.... not fun. You definitely got the better 1/2 of that trip!

The only time I ever experienced any boat envy is when I didn't have one. Now I'm just glad to have one.
