Im working in the Pismo Beach area for the next 7 weeks and have this weekend and next to take some pic's.... Ill be working nights after that and wont be able to get much... I have never been here so im finding places to go by asking people and then trying to find them... Hope you enjoy as ill be heading out for some more tomorrow..

We helped them do a survey today with them... We got to use a long pole with a net on the end and capture them.. Cal Poly does research on them and it was really cool.. They estimate 22,000 of them are on the trees right now..

Thank you everyone... I will be purchasing the 70-200mm 2.8 Nikon next weekend on my day off. It drives me nuts looking at Steve's and Dan's pics so im splurging for a new lens.. Im off Sun and will be taking some night shots on Pismo Beach area with my 28mm 2.8 that i have so i hope they come out ok..

Ha Ha... Im on nights now so my time of fun in the sun is over.. Oh well ill get out at night for some night scenes here and there.. but you were right when you said you thought i was working out here.
