I was in KC last week for XMas and they said on the radio there that Clarke Hunt invited Schottenheimer in for a meeting and offered him the VP/GM job.

Its kinda funny around here no one has faith in our coaches or team, that they cant even sell out first round home play offgame. Need the local media stations to advertise for them.

Has to be a little humiliating for the front office.

Thing is they will stick with the same dumb coach.

I cannot believe that Dallas would stick with their current coach. Did anyone see that 4th down play where the punt team was coming out and Romo told them to go back to the bench and you could read Phillips' mouth saying "you can't do that!"? Phillips has lost control of that team.

Phillips was never a good coach. Never liked him in Buffalo either.

I would think that our front office is humiliated. But it is what it is. They have boring offense and I don't think a lot of folks believe that they can get it done. I really wanted to go, found $30 tickets. Wife won't sit in upper deck and can't seem to find anyone to go with. Oh well, at least I got HD.

I would think that Del Rio (Jaguars) might be getting ready for a pink slip as well. Bengals, Chargers and Oakland might see a changing of the guard also.

As stated before, Jones said before there last game that there is not going to be any changes as far as coaches go for this team for the 2009 season!
