Problem is, someone will shoot him for sure. We only have 20 acres and if he ventures to far off our property, he's dead for sure.

I would love to see him next year yet. Sad thing is, he is the biggest buck that I have seen on our property in about 10 yrs.

I am still waiting to see the second one but I am hoping he gets dumb during the rut and makes a mistake. Also the time/date stamp is wrong on the camera. I believe it was taken some time in June or July

Huntnfish....Thanks for putting those up for me.

I hear you, my dads woodland is 100 acres or so and we are always saying the same thing with the deer we see. Too bad more people dont practice deer management.

had a GIANT locked down with a doe all this evening. watched him from about 150 yards from about 430 till sunset. he just wouldnt leave her. he shadowed every move she made. my hands were tied unless the doe would have headed my way. he was easily in the 160s. One of this bigger deer Ive ever seen while hunting.

did you try any grunts or anything to get him to come over? blood was really pumping i bet!! smile good luck with him, hope ya get him!

I threw everything in the book at him! literally. I had a decoy out, I rattled, grunted, used the can, almost thought about yelling at him...lol. No, he was so intent with staying in stride with that doe he couldnt care less. When I really got into a rattling sequence he actually took a long look at my decoy. If I would have had the doe out instead of the buck...there might have been a tiny chance he would have come checked her.
