Way to go Twins!

This is why this team is going to [PoorWordUsage] us all off this year! They beat Boston 3 out of 4, should be on a roll and get a break facing a ice-cold team in Toronto. What do you know? We're getting it handed to us! This is going to be a tough year with these ridiculous ups and downs.

Yeah i know...hate to see the team not making the mental plays in the field...cuddys dropped fly, not turning the dp, missing the cutoff man...

This is a young team, stuff like this will happen! Just remember we are in first place! Look back a few months hardly anyone thought this team would be even a contender, here they are in first place and they are still complaining shocked . Give them a break! They are 38 games into the season and like 3 or 4 games back from having the best record in MLB.

Well, Brendon Harris, Michael Cuddyer and Adam Everett are not young players and they should not be making mental errors. I have no problem with gomez airmailing it into the dugout...not sure how a center fielder can do that but...hes young.

Harris has to turn that double play, everett has to come up with a better throw home, and cuddyer must make that catch that went off his glove.

It is a young team and an enjoyable one...but no one wants to see the veterans on the team making errors on the field. Hopefully they can continue to stay in the race and their pitching continues to keep them in games.

We are in first place and hopefully we can remain there...

I think tonight's game has been much more frustrating. We have made a couple huge mistakes on the basepaths. I know that Gomez and Young are only 22, but they pulled a couple of bonehead moves tonight. Boof also was frustrating. But, I guess you gotta take the bad with the good with a young team like this...

I guess after Gomez threw that ball in the dugout Gardy asked him to sign the ball for him. The Twins are satisfying me this year so far. They are doing better than what i thought they were going to do. I am just enjoying watching these young guys develope into a great team. Give it a a year or 2 then start complaining.

I think fishinphilth is right on...this is a young team, and you will see inconsistency like this with a young team - particularly young starting pitching.

There will be a lot of rough patches as the team develops, but there will also be some good streaks when these young players show what they are capable of.

Patience this year...and if all goes according to plan, this team should be a contender next year and in the new ballpark year of 2010.

Anyway, I am off to the Black Hills and then on to Denver for a little vacation...Twins vs Rockies at Coors Field this weekend...

typical MN team. Play to the level of the opponent. We either rise up to play a great gameagainst a great team or stoop down to the level of a lesser team. Vikes, Twins, Wild no matter.

Just sit back and enjoy that is why they are there, for us to enjoy the game.

That wasn't boof's throw to 3rd, it was Jesse Crain...

They are young and it is still early in the season. Don't get your panties in a bunch until the all-star break

Yeah i realized that after watching the replay again. What a horrendous throw! Another ugly loss on a game we had chances to win...this series was a hole bunch of blunders!

Kubel blowing that stop sign was terrible!

I agree with you guys on being patient with this team. There will definately be some growing pains this season. This young team will excite you and frustrate you throughout the year. If we can keep this team together for a couple years, I think we can seriously contend. Look how far they are coming already, I mean many "experts" had them last in the AL Central with NO chance of contending.

    • got this tackled today took about 3 hours to get both sides done. Didnt even get to use a torch....   Thought I was golden with just jacking it up and I could get to everything but no luck. Had to remove the entire axle hub and brake assembly to get to what I needed. Was a pain but still better then taking off the entire pivot arm.    Axle bearings were already greased and in great shape thankfully. Got both leaf springs installed and its ready for the road again.   Probably going to have my electric brakes checked, I am not touching anything with the brake drums. Based on what I saw it doesn't look like my electric brakes have been working anyway. Brakes are nice to have if its slippery out
    • By The way that didn't work either!! Screw it I'll just use the cellular.
    • It’s done automatically.  You might need an actual person to clear that log in stuff up.   Trash your laptop history if you haven’t tried that already.
    • 😂 yea pretty amazing how b o o b i e s gets flagged, but they can't respond or tell me why I  can't get logged in here on my laptop but I can on my cellular  😪
    • I grilled some brats yesterday, maybe next weekend will the next round...
    • You got word censored cuz you said        B o o b ies….. haha.   Yeah, no… grilling is on hiatus for a bit.
    • Chicken mine,  melded in Mccormick poultry seasoning for 24 hours.  Grill will get a break till the frigid temps go away!
    • we had some nice weather yesterday and this conundrum was driving me crazy  so I drove up to the house to take another look. I got a bunch of goodies via ups yesterday (cables,  winch ratchet parts, handles, leaf springs etc).   I wanted to make sure the new leaf springs I got fit. I got everything laid out and ready to go. Will be busy this weekend with kids stuff and too cold to fish anyway, but I will try to get back up there again next weekend and get it done. I don't think it will be bad once I get it lifted up.    For anyone in the google verse, the leaf springs are 4 leafs and measure 25 1/4" eye  to eye per Yetti. I didnt want to pay their markup so just got something else comparable rated for the same weight.   I am a first time wheel house owner, this is all new to me. My house didn't come with any handles for the rear cables? I was told this week by someone in the industry that cordless drills do not have enough brake to lower it slow enough and it can damage the cables and the ratchets in the winches.  I put on a handle last night and it is 100% better than using a drill, unfortatenly I found out the hard way lol and will only use the ICNutz to raise the house now.
