Who got the snow

Well we sure didn't see much snow in SE minnesota.How much did everyone get.Well...?Oh, your all out riding sled or shoveling.Starting to look a little more winterlike at least.Think Cold-Icemac

We've got enough up on "the Range" to close most every school today. Has to be at least 12" or more out there. Bad deal for the ice fishermen but great for the snowmobile industry and other related businesses.

Duluth is reporting 8 in and still windy as of right now.

2" in Winger MN and it blew in the ditches and protected areas. The fields are still pretty much black. Don't know if the wind effected any ice on the lakes or not.

eau claire wis has about 1-2 inches but its all been blowing all night so it looks like we got nothing...id rather have a little bit extra cold and no snow...but thats just me

Bemidji got around 8 inches according to the radio. Its pretty tough to tell since the wind has been blowing it around.

Ely got about 12 inches. Not sure what the official amount will be.

NOT good for the thin ice on small area lakes. Not a problem on the bigger deeper lakes, which aren't frozen yet.

It's about 7 degrees.

Got about 6" in St. Louis Park. The little pond next to me is frozen or turned into a slushy.

The snow was up to my knees yesterday in the woods while deer hunting in Outing, MN!! Really light fluffy snow.

Near Battle Lake a good 4-6 inches or so that blew around. Fun with the snowmobile for once!

Had the driveway plowed out at the cabin near Backus, and the driver said he was consistantly seeing 12" in the area. Was an interesting drive home on Sunday morning.

The Willmar paper reported the area had received 15 inches from Fri. evening to Sun. evening. Makes for poor ice with the wind blown slush!

Around 12"to 14" in the Hill City area.Schools were closed in Hill City and Grand Rapids.Im sure it hurt the lakes that had ice on them.If your a snowmobiler its great,but remember the trails do not open till DEC.1,because of trail easements across private property.

Attended a wedding in Bemidji Saturday.

Took me 5 hours to get there from home on Saturday, almost 8 on Sunday!
