2 man Polar Sport flip-over ice house for sale!

I have decided to upgrade my ice house and purchase a trap that can link to my brother’s house. So, I have a used Polar Sport two man flip over for sale. It is about 5-6 years old. Included with the house are the following items: Tow-bar, custom cover, custom pole-bag, (2) Polar sport articulated rod holders mounted to the frame, a Polar Sport padded swivel seat, extra clips and ends for the poles, Ice anchors mounted to sled.

The house has been modified and updated by adding additional mesh pockets to hold hats and gloves, mesh air vents / windows, reflectors on each corner, some repairs were made to some tears in the cloth. All modifications and repairs were made by Canvas Plus in Rogers (who originally made the skin for the Polar Sport) I added up the original cost of the fish-house and all of the extras that I have added and it came to $560. Did you use this as a one-man house? Also, is there any hyfax on it?

I mostly used it as a one man. Once per year I would spend three days on Winni fishing pearch with my brothers and it was OK with two, but due to the slope of the nose of the sled, you ended up sitting close togather. I know that Polar used to sell a bench seat for this model. By installing a bench seat you would have more room between the two guys. I do not have hyfax on this sled since I did not pull it with it with a snowmobile. I would carry it in the back of my pick-up.

Note some repairs were done to the fabric. All repiars were done by Canvas Plus who made the origional skin.

It's down to $285 for the whole shooting match. Go price all the componants that come with this house and see if you can come close to this kind on deal. I am easy to deal with and would welcome a chance to pull the house out of my gararge and put it up for anyone to inspect. If you just want to look and make no offer, that is fine with me. I got all of your pix, thanks. What are the dimensions of the sled when collapsed? Polar's site had about 62" length for their 1-man and their 2-man, but they look different. Anything else would be helpful. Thanks.

The sled is 62 inches long. (it just fits in the back of my short box Dodge Dakota) The width of the sled is 32 inches. As measured accross the top lip to lip. Let me know what additional information you need. I tried to present as many facts about it as I could in my earlier posts. I will drop down to $275 for this site. I will be hanging a for sale sign at the local bait shop tomorrow for $300.
