My biggest was christmas eve three years ago on Fish lake in SW MN. It measured out to 27.75" and weighed 7.13.

The same night my cousin pulled a 25,26, and 29" on the other end of the lake.

My biggest came while fishing muskies back in June a few years ago. It measured 31.5" and swam away to be caught when she's even bigger.

30" 10 lb's even., released to fight another day. One day I'll afford to have a replica done. Got a fat 28" on the next cast, released. I glanced down at my watch and it was 2:30 a.m., the big boys do come out late at night that was 5 years ago...

My biggest thus far was a fat 27 1/2 incher that weighed 9lbs even. I caught it with a jumbo leach in about 2 feet of water while doing some fishing from shore. I would love to hit the 30 inch mark like several FMers on this site seem to have done!

I've caught 1 30"er in my 16 years of fishing Minnesota 2 weeks in June each year (and some Septembers). It was in June of '96, I was fishing with the late, GREAT Gary Newell from Bemidji. He still is dearly missed by me for we truely had some great days on the water during the 13 years we fished together.

Biggest is a 29" out of L.O.W. in Kenora: Yet to reach the 30" mark. Best day, was Rainy River in 2003, 3 walleyes over 27" and a 55" Sturgeon all within 30 minutes fishing "the church"....I have pics of at least 10 different eyes, that were taken on L.O.W. some in Mn some from Canada, that were over 27: The biggest being the 29" None of these fish have hit the true 10# mark: I am waiting for an Honest 10# 30" fish before I put one on the wall!

Biggest through the ice is 26.5" HOWEVER last year, the fiance and I each got a couple of 26" From the road while just stopping to check a few places! The elusive 30" is my goal!

I'll second that Larry Brown!!!!! Gary was a second father to me. I started fishing tournaments with Mark and learned so much from Gary!!! There isn't a day that goes by with out at least one thought of Gary.

My biggest to date. A 32"er. When I caught this fish my wife and I had a couple of friends along at our cabin. We boated and released 47 walleye's that were over 25 inches. Many were in the 27-30 inch fish. The best fishing trip I have ever been on, besides the 8 inches of rain in two day's...SB

geez there are some dandy's on here! I may as well toot. I caught 3 proud angler eyes 3 years in a row. First one on waubay 28in. full of eggs-not sure what weighed, threw it back. then next year, same exact place a 27 1/2 spawned out. Then, last yr my biggest, just a hair short of 30 in. Didn't weight that one until four and half hours later-in june. Was 9.5 lbs. i hung that one. Caught that on a secret lake over here-can't remember the name. wink.gif

MY biggest walleye i wasnt even fishing them at the time trolling muskys at 2 in the morning with a deep crank. Had a hit pole bent abit reeled it in and flipped it in ther boat. you can do that with 50lb test and a 8fT HMG. Turned on my lights and a 12lb 4oz walleye laid on the floor 32 incher solid steel leader 2. everyman needs a little luck. MORE AND BIGGAR.
