Another Guess the weight post....

This was a fish caught monday...Not a huge fish, but we seemed to have fun with the last guess the weight post that we had. It was sad in the last post that we never knew the real answer. So, in this picture, I do know the answer and will post it in one week... I have measurements and weight as per a normark digital scale...

***Note, I tried to take the picture in such a way so that it may be tough to guess, my guess is someone will get it right but many will guess on the small side.

Cheek-I wish it from the number of bass.. However, I hate to even admit this here.. I was cooking breakfast the other day and chopping onions... with a fillet knife.. and kinda somewhat chopped the end of my thumb off.. lucky not deep enough for stitches. LOL grin.gif man am I a dork.

I will say this.. someone already nailed it exactly on!... bravo.. its up to the rest of you to try and decide who it was?

Based on the fact that you are holding it nearly vertically along your arm, I measured my arm from above my wrist to elbow took that number and adjusted it a little because it appears that this fish is longer than your forearm.

Drum roll........

Bucketmouth has the right answer.

well, I can see this isn't going to go a whole week...

Bucketmouth did have the correct weight.. 4.1 lbs.. however the fish was a bit longer at 18 3/4"

Nice work bucket,

BLB, nice measure job, I have monkey arms with a 78+ in wingspan.

Thanks to all who played... again, not a huge fish.. but a fun one all the same. I caught it on a jigworm in about 11 feet or water.

Ouch RR.. that will leave a mark!.. LOL.. Actually it was a pretty darn good day on the water.. I lost count of the fish over 3 lbs.. this was the best pict.. Or at least the one I thought would hide the actual weight of the fish.

Hey even a blind bat catches a rat every now and then.. I too can catch 4lb bass every so often.. LMAO! smile.gifgrin.gifooo.giflaugh.gif

I'm going to take a stab in the dark on this one. The smaller scales tell me right away its a Florida strain bass...dead give away. Judging from your height, hand size, and the distance it is being held away from your body....I'd say its somewhere around......10 pounds......14 ounces.....am I close? grin.gif
