as far as entering info, it's pretty easy. Just click on the cell you want to enter info into, then type it in. hitting tab should tak you one space to the right, enter will drop you down a cell. and then some of them have dropdown menus. Just click on the arrow, then highlight the choice you want to make. easy as that.
