Hey all, I was wondering who is going to be attending the Midwest Sports Show? I can't wait to see all the new products that are going to be out this year. Are there going to be any site sponsors at the Show? Looking forward to the Open Water season and the Sports Show is just the thing to get my blood pumpin' about the upcoming Open Water season!

Our Group of guides from mnfishingpros.com are going to have booth there again this year. Last year we were as the N.M.L.O.G as we broke up from leauge last year we are still going down there. we will be next to Grand Rapids booth and by Gander mountain. I am trying to get a banner so we can get it up in the booth.

Tuesday, March 29-Sunday, April 3 at the Minneapolis convention center. You can get $2 discount coupons at Cub Foods otherwise it is $9 to get in. The discount coupons are only good Tuesday-Friday. I can't wait to go, I have a list of goodies that I NEED for this season!

The Sports Show is always a good time. I've kind of started a tradition to make breakfast for all my buddies and then head down to the convention center. It's one of those things you just know you'll be doing many years from now. I usually make at least 2 trips. One with my wife some night during the week, and one with the buddies on the weekend. Ya gotta love it!!

Well, looks like Friday is the day for me. Anybody wanna carpool or know which bus takes me directly to the convention center from Fridley? I refuse to drive down there on a weekday.

Well I usually like that show. It just happens that I will be on the Rainy for a week of open water hogs.

I'm planning to head up from Rochester Wednesday the 30th. Wish it started a little earlier than 2pm. Be better if it started at noon like the boat show.

Why dosen't FM have a booth? It would be cool to stop by and see who's who. Let people sit in and shoot the breeze. At least the people who will be working different booths could have an FM decal up so we know who to patronize.

Deitz, to bad... I was hoping to get together during the week. I will be working Monday (set-up) thru Friday night. Not going to be there during the weekend. Maybe later this year we can hook-up (no pun intended) and get that cup of coffee.

Ditto Agape, Budget cuts I guess.. I just got the call last night. last year we had a 30 foot booth.. this year a 10... no need to have 5 prostaff working a 10 foot booth.. so they have me working the high traffic weekend.

We will deffinatly hook up this summer!!!!

I'll be up there Thursday making my annual pilgrimage. The Sportshow is a definite sign that Spring is springing. Hope to run into Al at Midwest Rod n Reel....Like to talk the old days in Savage maybe. Too bad uncle Al Lindner isn't attending this year. Gary Roach is planning on speaking a little about fishing the local locks and dams...that sounds good!

I'll be heading down there either Friday or Saturday. Good to hear Midwest Rod and Reel will be there, saw their exhibit at the walleye expo which got me onto their site and now I'm anxious to order! I've heard too many good things not to try one of their rods and this will give me an opportunity to talk face to face!

Hi Guys, I'll be going to the show at least once. I hope to be there Wednesday, and I'm bringing my dad. We are going to try to catch one or two of the walleye seminar speakers. Finally got a boat, now need to figure out new tactics!
