Shore Lunch Cajun...

Just made up a batch of sunnies with ShoreLunch Cajun style... Really tasty, only problem.. It's a bit tooo hot for kids. So, if you try the stuff, make sure you make a few fillets with the normal stuff for the kids.

The cajun does have a bit of a ZIP to it doesn't it? shocked.gif With no kids and a pooch that doesn't like spicey food, I usually mix the cajun and regular in a 70/30 mix. This tones it done just enough where you (and your insides) won't ignite but you still know it's cajun. Yummy!!

Hi we really like the Cajun too. We use a 50/50 mix of regular and Cajun to tame it down. Another way we really like it is to mix potato buds and the Cajun mix as the coating. Hmmm Hmmmm Good!!!!!

I started using 25% cajun and 75% original, but my wife and kids don't even like that. If I use and cajun its after I have fried fish in original for everyone except me. Than I still go 50/50.
