It's fun having those guys dive bomb you along 371!  Some times I slow down or speed up to time it,  just to scare the craap out of my wife!

 when i was driving to work in ramsey back in the day they'd be doing that on all the potato fields down there! cool to watch.

Did up a bunch of green beans. These are pickled!! And notice the nice lids 

The rest are for supper tonight and some getting blanched!

71 ears of corn later. 20 pint bags and 3 qts bags.

2 days ago I took care of the celery and pulled it. Winter is coming.

Salsa round 1. And a batch of bloody Mary mix. Got zing to it. And gonna be tasty

Turned a 5 gallon pail 3/4 full of cherry tomatoes into 16 pints of tomato juice.

My Thursday afternoon project. 15 pints of salsa. That should hold me till next year.

Next up need to do stewed tomatoes and pickled green mater's.

Dude, you really need to haul some of this to a farmers market and make some cash!  There is no way you can eat all that you have canned yourself every year!!

leech........i do give some away. its all good.......no i wont eat it all before next canning season, but, i'll take inventory of what i have next spring and decide what i need to focus on to refill the shelves. i already know i'll need to make my soup mix, or soup starter next year. i seem to go threw alot of my stewed or canned tomatoes each winter. after the tomatoes from the garden are gone i get a hankerin for tomatoes in the winter so i cook me up some stewed maters!!!!!

Except for chopping off the flowers after it freezes the garden is officially done!!
