No more bowing at the Smoke Alter!!

 

My daughter got me the smoker for my birthday last year, wife got me the base for Christmas.  I bolted on a piece of plywood and casters to the bottom to get it up to a nice standing height and to roll it out of the garage when using. This is going to be really nice for not having to bend down to load and unload or haul it out then put it back on the base every time I want to smoke.

Not to top heavy and it moves pretty smooth. Had the fan on at the end as I swept up the floor and didn't want to eat saw dust and all the salt on the floor.

I think it was a holder for some sort of ice fishing electronics. All I remember is it looked like you used a beaver to cut the handle hole.....

That is the plan now that it's warming up. Already filling the freezer with goodies. Fish, Venison, 3 Turkeys and a Brisket!
