Ya know I think del and Minnie Pearl used to be an item. And Dorothy Hamill? I remember that "bobbed" doo she use used to have although when she was skating, I was seldom looking at her hair. Tremendous lower body strength!

Back on track!! Gonna grill some of those thick "Iowa chops" with apricot/honey butter glaze. Some Spring salad, taco mac salad, fresh green tops and radishes, and a tall iced tea should help cut the heat tonite!

No ketchup needed here, just a little dipping mustard mixed with smurfs fav horseradish.  Ham steaks and fried taters with melted mozzarella cheese whips,  yummy. Gotta love cast iron.

Poor piggy! looks good. Nuttin better then a slab o ham and horseradish! Idda put some blue katchup on the spuds though!

Butcher had some incredible FRESH (non-frozen) super meaty baby-backs on sale for $3.88 a lb. Bought a big rack and halved it. Will try the rub on them later this week.

 

Tried this today on a couple thick pig steaks that I smoked. Rubbed the steaks with it early this AM, and smoked them an hour ago. They were great. I have to give this two thumbs up. I'll continue to buy it.
