Ya Kris, that thin sliced sirloin steak with the Kalbi marinade would be called Bullgogi in Korea.  I love Asian foods so I use it a lot every year.  That recipe came from my X wife who was Korean.  We divorced and she died a few years later.  She was a great cook and I learned a lot from her, just could not save the marriage but I did get custody of the kids.  Wow, from kalbi to divorce LOL.  I was going to use my butcher sauce which is easy and quick but forgot to buy the stuff I needed for it.  If I don't put it on my list I walk out without it every time.  My mind wanders in a grocery store.  good luck.

Good and good for ya, cut off the stem end of a jalapeño,  do your best on getting the seeds and hollowing the pepper out. Stuff it with cream cheese and shredded cheese.  wrap it in ground sausage and smoke at 250 for bout an hour or so.

wierd that wasnt my last post.

Two racks of baby backs for me this weekend.  Served with jasmin brown rice.  Put some soy sauce, sesame oil, and crushed red pepper flakes on the rice.  I made up a double batch of my Butcher sauce.  I like my sauces thin so I can "mop" them.  Usually use apple juice, however didn't have any so I made up some Korean beef broth.  Didn't need much but it turned out very good.  good luck.

 

 

Don't like fall off the bone,  just tender as a butchers heart.
