Nice rh, looks really good and good for you. Must be that kind of night, the Mrs ended up doing an Asian plank steak balsamic something or another which was pretty  tasty.  Paired with wantons and chop sticks in the grab and go position.

Hey thanks guys. Looking forward to the leftovers. I did cut one corner and used hickory charcoal rather than any additional wood. Figured I'd get plenty of smomeage out of the bacon dripping on it. :)

And ain't nothin' wrong with Busch Light. My diabetic brother claims it's one of the lower carb beers out there so try to keep some on hand when he comes over. Sometimes I have to make a run to restock before he shows up. :D

Reb that's real tough to look at being on our diet for 17 days.  I just told my wife I'm going to cheat on her this weekend after looking at that pic.   A good burger is on my cheat list.  It doesn't matter what resturant I go to [and I go to one maybe once a year] I order a burger while everyone else orders whatever.  Stop posting this stuff Reb!!! Your even a moderator and pushing folks over the edge.  good luck.

Got the deck all cleaned off with that new power-poofer, and got all the furniture/grills/smokers out....(other two are behind me...decks getting crowded on that side.....)

I've been meaning to chime in on the lack of portion control on this thread. Remember, your portion size should be no more then the size of a deck of playing cards. Also remember that since 1970 the plate size has gone from 9 inches to 12
