Could be, but I haven't gotten to the point of not running the oven because it is wasteful, especially in winter.    But that is just my profligate, let them eat toasted crispy cake, attitude.

Left my electronics at home and the wife just doesn't understand the importance of a good food shot. Finally got a shot of a Poutine at the Chaska Curling Center. Paired it with a Deschutes White IPA.

NOTHIN' wrong with the Blue Ribbon!!!   I hope to replicate that meal starting tomorrow up in OT county.  It will probably be Busch Light, but I'd take a PBR if it were offered!
