Just saw that Thorne Bros is selling large suckers for $12-$15 each. $12-$15 PER DECOY!!!! They said it was because the DNR put the law in effect that you cant take bait our of "infected" waters, it is making it virtually impossible for bait vendors to get them

That's the reason they came up with, My guess is that they know Muskie fishermen will spend mega dollars on lures so why not live bait.... Besides they are not spearing decoys until we got ice.

Yep, it's the season for dragging big suckers or using balloon rigs. Muskie guys will pay BIG $$$$ for a sucker.

That is why I use spoons and wood decoys. oopps and Golf Balls I get from my niece. All painted with finger nail polish , glitter and glow in the dark paint
