There are a lot of good ones mentioned here. I don't think there is any way I could rank them, but some of my favorites are:

Rocky, Bull Durham, Tin Cup, The natural, Hoosiers, Raging Bull, The Fighter, and Rudy. I know... thats 8, not 5, but I don't know which ones to cut from the list.

I love The Big Lebowski, but can we call that a sports movie? If I could call it a sports movie it would be on my list, but I don't think I can. Either way... funny movie!
