Neighbor_guy
I call this one "the mystery box" notice the gold foil tape and the soft muttled brown paper finish. it got a little soggy when I swam it. An I will admit it just kind of sat there and bobbed... maybe listed to one side a little. I have seen those sturgeon guys over in sconny use stranger things. the contents of the mystery box are not mine to post. Lets just say its no longer in my posession. Gordie
Well no wonder it just sat there it has no fins or tail
Neighbor_guy
Ok, Last one for a while. I need to get back to some diamond willow projects before the spring gets here. This is another one that is going to skip my collection and make the long trip north. "The Laker" decoy ended up at 12" long nose to tail and a about 4" tall from the belly to the tip of the fin. Gordie
Sweet and it could swim my way too just like the one with no fins
Neighbor_guy
Just make sure if falls in the lake this winter This lake trout is likely to hang out on a shelf. It's weighted to swim like everything else I make, so if it does get out it will work. But it sports a high gloss final coat more suited for display. jasonmichalski
The bullhead turned into a flathead catfish, just needs paint then it's done.
Neighbor_guy
The graining on that flat head looks nice. Have you considered just painting the fine and treating the rest of it unclear coat? Just tossing it out there. Can't wait to see it finished.
